About The Event
Come meet Chase Owen, candidate for TC Sheriff. Chase has worked at the Sheriff’s office for the past 14 years starting as a patrol deputy, then K-9 handler, Detective and now Chief Detective. As Chief Detective, he supervises a 13‐person unit and oversees the investigations of criminal acts from misdemeanors to violent felonies. He’s been involved with the Special Response Team/SWAT as a team member, Assistant Team Leader, and Team Leader. He has also served on the Bobby Orr Memorial Honor Guard and as President of the Transylvania Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police.
