Highlights

  • No property tax increase

  • 2% increase to support Transylvania schools, Blue RIdge Community College, and the Transylvania Economic Alliance

  • Funding for Fire and Rescue Departments to provide firefighter COLA's

  • No additional personnel - Maintain existing staffing levels and benefits
